Medicare : If patient is eligible, and criteria are met, assignment of benefits is accepted as payment in full. Please call us for more information. Private insurance: If patient is eligible, and criteria are met, co-pays and deductible apply per specific insurance plan. Patient is notified of financial responsibility prior to service beginning. Please call us for more information. Cash pay: For patients without insurance, we accept cash pay. A minimum deposit is required.

We are Certified Medicare Providers. We bill Medicare directly. Medicare covers home health 100%, there are no co-pays or deductibles.
